Metro Driltech International Inc. was founded in 2007 by Richard (Yoon Won), Lee at the age of 44. Richard worked for a korean hammer manufacturing company as the company's general manager in charge of the domestic & overseas sales, purchasing, production and quality control department from 1997 to 2007.
After 10 years of working for the company, he felt it was the right time in his career to venture out on his own, searching for ways to improve the existing products with a staff named Young Ha, Park as a team manager for the design and R&D of air DTH hammers and DTH button bits, experienced engineer for over 15 years. Since 2007, Young Ha, Park has been working for Metro Driltech for developing and producing state-of-the-art engineered rock drills and associated part as a key person at the company. This entrepreneur recognized the need for a manufacturing company that was reactive to customer needs, with innovative products and round-the-clock customer service and support.
